Is it possible for me to consume too much Vitamin D?

Yes, vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means excess quantities cannot be as easily excreted by the body such as water-soluble vitamins.  Fat-soluble vitamins also have improved absorption in high-fat diets.  

I get in the sun, do I need Vitamin D?

An individual requires 10-15 minutes of full-body summer noon-day sun or artificial UVB radiation once or twice per week.  However ideal levels can only be determined by 25(OH)D blood levels.
